Tahini (sesame paste)
100 ml
Olive oil
1 TeaSpoon
Salt
1/2 medium
Lemon
Aubergine/Eggplant paste

I´m talking to all lazy aubergine/eggplant lovers: here is a dip you cannot do anything wrong. The paste goes with bread but for carb avoiders I would recommend carrots or cucumber. You can also use this paste as a kind of sauce for meat or meatballs.

  1. Get your ingredients on the table and try to shoot a better picture than me.

  2. Wrap the Aubergine(s) in aluminium foil and place it at the bottom of the (cleaner) oven. The oven should be preheated to the maximum. Turn the Aubergine(s) every 10/15 minutes until it feels all soft.

  3. Put the unwrapped Aubergine(s) in a bowl of cold water for appx. 20 minutes.

  4. Peel the Aubergine(s). Add all the ingredients and blend it.

  5. And voilà, you made it!
