Pumpkin soup with ginger

Best soup for winter & super easy to prepare! My BF Semra gave me this recipe and forced me to try it. First I thought she is exaggerating but soon I found out she wasn´t. This pumpkin soup is a must try. In general the quantity of the ingredients can vary depending your gourmet taste. If you love ginger, just add more ginger! If you don´t like coriander, don´t use it.

  1. Chop the onions, peel the ginger, prepare the pumpkin. Chop, chop.

  2. Fry the onions in sunflower oil until it´s brown

  3. Add the pumpkin, ginger, water, coconut butter+milk, salt, coriander

  4. Let it boil until the pumpkin is soft. Blend it. Finished.
